We have been directly involved with the purchase, rehabbing or sale of over 80 transactions in the three county Philadelphia suburban area.
While we work with investors to identify and purchase income producing investments we specialize in helping investors who have the skills and resources to “flip” properties. We can help you identify, qualify, purchase, market and sell properties. In order to help our clients find opportunities, we focus on “fixer-upper” properties as well as bank owned and short sale properties which may provide the necessary profit opportunity.
Did you know that investors can use Conventional Renovation Loans to purchase properties? These loans must be in the name of the investor and not in the name of an LLC or LP but the interest rate on these loans is a fraction of “hard money” loans.
